NY Series Screen Printing Inks
NY series is a two-component ink, light quick-drying, the ink has flexibility, strong adhesion and excellent wear resistance of this series ink on a waterproof nylon fabric, to achieve excellent adhesion, but due to its surface differences in quality, before being put into production, it must first test the ink adhesion.
Nylon wind can be printed directly on canvas, cloth umbrella, bag fabric and leather products such as polyurethane leather.
Standard Hue Number: standard hue of this series of ink has been indicated and described in the MEGA ink color screen, and can be mixed with each other and with those of other standard color halftone.

1, the printing screen: Before use, must be uniformly diluted to the desired viscosity of the first printing ink mixing, use 70-75 degrees polyurethane scraping by printing sharpened. It must be used solvent-type photosensitive emulsion produced this series of screen printing inks, in making fine print, can choose 300 mesh screen, and in a large area or need to print high hiding power, can choose 200 mesh coarse.
2, hardener: This series of ink must be added hardener NY1091, the ratio is 1 part hardener and 9 parts ink, the ink is added hardener must be used after 10 hours, this will be the temperature, humidity and hardening agents dilution effect of water.
3. Dilution: This series of ink added about 10-20% dilution water SS1888 #, added weight will affect the ink drying ink printing effect and speed
4. Drying: Drying naturally, the length of drying time is based on the ink layer thickness.
5, cleaning: You can use SSI 717 # wash water network cleaning screen and squeegee.
