    1. Features:

    6, drying conditions:
    ①1R far-infrared tunnel oven: 180 ℃ 10 min for full drying.
    ② thermostatic oven: 150 ℃ 20 min for full drying.
    ③ ordinary tunnel + thermostatic oven: first baking tunnel oven 150 ℃ -170 ℃ 5 minutes the surface is dry, the last time the printing baking oven 150 ℃ 20 minutes after completion, to dry completely.
    7, pay attention:
    ① the ink formulation amount of curing agent must be weighed accurately; first curing agent and a diluent uniformly mixed, then add it to the appropriate amount of crude oil, using a small mixer (1000 / h speed), stirring 3-5 minutes, The ink was allowed to stand for 10 minutes, then screen printing. Ink printing environment 25 ℃ ± 1 ℃, humidity of 50-65%.
    After ② ink printing is completed, please let stand for 10 minutes before baking, let stand for leveling ink well, to avoid the appearance of pinholes and trachoma.

    6, the ink storage conditions:

    VII Note:
    ① When the ink formulation, when crude oil is not used, please sealed to prevent solvent evaporation, curing agent immediately after taking sealed to avoid moisture absorption curing agent.
